Betty has been very satisfied with her care and says the staff are wonderful.
Suggested improvements
Betty main issue was not being able to toilet in the normal way and hated having to go in the bed.

Longer waiting area - particularly to comply with protected meal times.
Consider additional therapy space to allow family to continue therapies outside of therapist sessions.
